Youth Ministry

"D65 Student Ministry" is a Ministry of Newberry First Baptist Church for all Students 6th-12th Grade where students are challenged to begin a life-long journey of glorifying God by Loving Him and Sharing His love with others. D65 stands for Deuteronomy 6:5 which reads "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength.(NIV)" Our goal is to create an environment where students are encouraged to do just that as they are presented with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We value All people, God's Word, Authentic Christianity, Parents and Godly Mentors, and living out a lifestyle of Evangelism; and above all, our values are rooted in God's love that He has shown us.
